We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund on all initial subscriptions if requested within 14 days of your initial purchase or sign-up. If you are not satisfied with HubBridge for any reason, simply contact us within this 14-day window for a complete refund.

2. Cancellations After 14 Days

After the first 14 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. In these cases, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but no further charges will be made.

3. Special Circumstances

We may grant refunds outside this general 14-day limit in limited special circumstances, such as proven technical issues preventing the core service functionality or billing errors, evaluated entirely case-by-case in line with Paddle's guidelines.
