HubBridge is a sales automation platform that integrates with HubSpot CRM and Gmail to provide:

  • Automated email sequence campaigns
  • Lead rotation and assignment
  • Email reply detection and sequence management
  • Contact synchronization with HubSpot

User Responsibilities

By using HubBridge, you agree to:

  • Legitimate use only: Use the service exclusively for legitimate business sales outreach
  • Compliance with laws: Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other regulations
  • No spam: Not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email or spam
  • Content responsibility: Ensure all email content you send is appropriate, lawful, and not misleading
  • Contact consent: Only send emails to contacts who have a legitimate business relationship or have consented to receive communications
  • Account security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use HubBridge to:

  • Send unsolicited commercial email (spam)
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Harvest email addresses or engage in data scraping
  • Send malicious, fraudulent, or deceptive content
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBBRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice
  • Terminate service with 30 days written notice

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
